absorbed loads of vitamin d today at hwa chong's track.
helped out with the long jump and triple jump events.
vehvehveh tiring.
plus my hand is still sprained from falling down on ny's track.

the shotput event and wanshi's competing !

i'm not gonna watch the twilight saga movies anymore
b'cos they're ruining my impression of the saga.
